Q: Is there a minimum period of storage?
A: You many lease on a month-to-month basis to maximize your flexibility, or if you agree to a minimum of six month commitment, discounts may be available.
Q: What payment options are there?
A: For your convenience, we are pleased to offer debit, auto-debit, and most major credit cards. We also offer prepayment, military, and senior discounts.
Q: Do you offer boxes and packing supplies?
A: Yes! All of our storage facilities have a wide variety of boxes, locks, and moving supplies to make your move as easy and convenient as possible.
Q: How do I know how much space I will need?

Q: What are climate controlled units?
A: Our Rialto location offers climate controlled units to protect your belongings from extreme weather conditions.
Q: Are there moving trucks available?
A: All of our locations have U-Haul Truck Rentals on-site for your convenience. We also provide handy push carts for use on-site to help ease your move.
Q: Will my belongings be secure at your facility?
A: You are the only one with access to your belongings. You pack your own unit, lock it, and are the only one with the key. Our facilities also provide additional security features of computerized gate access, surveillance video cameras, motion detectors throughout the facility, and individual door alarms. Q: Do you provide a protection plan?
A: Yes, Sparky’s offers a protection plan available for a nominal monthly fee that covers your stored belongings. Don’t risk an increase in your homeowner’s policy – sign up for Sparky’s protection plan today! Contact one of our locations for details.
Q: What is a resident manager?
A: Resident managers live in an apartment on facility grounds. Most of Sparky’s locations have resident managers.
Q: When can I access my storage unit?
A: Gate hours operate daily from 6AM – 7PM.
